I have always had a desire to create. For many years it was music that was my outlet. But as I got older, and as work and family took me to different places, it became difficult to keep it going. At the same time I was becoming more interested in photography. It was something I could do by myself, without the need for band mates. It meant whilst travelling alone it got me out of hotel rooms and gave me a reason to explore.

With my music I always liked it to be full of energy, vibrancy, and drama. I like to think some of that filtered into my photography.

Originally born and raised in Britain, I now live in Germany in the village of Bahlingen at the foot of the picturesque Kaiserstuhl.
